The first edition of the Toi-EDA newsletter. Toi-EDA has been re established with new trustees, more robust funding and with experienced staff seconded from Whakatane District Council. The trust is responsible for economic development in the Eastern Bay of Plenty region and is recognised by Government as the vehicle through which economic development funding will be channelled into the region.
