The Regional Governance Group is made up of seven representatives from around the region: three nominated regional business representatives; one representative from each of the three economic development agencies (EDA); and, a COBOP representative.

Mary Hermanson manages Toi-EDA, Roslyn Hoskins co-ordinates the Enterprise Training Programme and BIZ programme, Mike van der Boom is Event Manager, Nicola Burgess, primarily responsible for event management and marketing and website development.
