A work programme for the year is approved every June for the following year and this captures the activities we plan to do and how they relate to the strategy outcomes we want to deliver.
Throughout the year the Toi EDA board members (at their bi-monthly board meetings) confirm any changes to the proposed work programme to provide clear direction for the team.
